We run staggered starts and tightly sequenced trades to keep production moving. Typical cycles target ~180 days slab-to-CO (project dependent), with the capacity to deliver 8–20 homes per month and maintain continuous slab starts across phases.

We lock scope early, value-engineer at CDs, and leverage competitive bids plus committed buys (lumber, MEP, finishes) to stabilize pricing. Variances are monitored by our team so budgets stay predictable and draw schedules stay clean.

We build to a defined specification and hold the same standard on every home. Materials and finishes are consistent, crews follow the same playbook, and each phase is checked before the next begins.
