Founded in 2022, Marquis Homes is a residential homebuilder and developer operating across high-growth U.S. markets. Since then, we’ve scaled to projects under development in Sarasota, Jacksonville, Charlotte, Nashville, Dallas, and more. We combine institutional processes with hands-on execution to deliver quality products for families.
Our offering spans Land Services—acquisition, entitlement, and development—alongside fee-build programs, Build-to-Rent communities, and homes for sale, providing flexible paths for our investment partners.
